Attibassi coffee blends are characterized by an exclusive compositions and specific roasting processes, which enhance the natural properties of the beans used. Whole Bean Coffee
This is the the blend that best depicts the typical Italian taste in espresso coffee, and is the result of Attibassi's experience in the industry. All our beans are individually roasted by origin and then blended. Selected robusta beans from Africa, India and Southeast Asia are expertly combined with South American arabicas. The result is a consistant blend offering a strong characteristic Italian espresso, combining body and aroma superbly. Both the blend formulation and the roasting process guarantee a reliable result in the cup to the barista. Makes amazing cappuccinos and caffe lattes.

Crema d'Oro
Whole Bean Coffee
A milder blend with a higher proportion of sweet Brazilian arabicas combined with flowery and aromatic Central American and Ethiopian lots. African and Indonesia robustas are brought in to enhance the body. As usual our skillful, gradual roasting help deliver the best of each origin prior to final blending. Our ultimate pick for a straight espresso or macchiato.

Our signature blend, achieved with the skillfull combination of rare robusta beans from Africa, India and Southeast Asia, along with select Arabica beans from the plateaus of Brazil. The result is a coffee with a pleasant aroma, rich flavor, and full body.

Perfectly suited for those who prefer drinking a traditional cup of drip coffee, but also ideal for a French press. A smooth cup with mild acidity and a lighter body, the result of a 100% blend of Arabica beans.

With no more than 0.1% of caffeine per 6 oz. cup, this coffee is roasted slightly further than the rest of our offering. A blend of arabica and robusta beans, it has a deep flavor and nutty aroma.

Attibassi Nocciolatini are pralines of pure milk chocolate mixed with gianduja cream and crushed hazelnuts. Nocciolatini are considered a tradition in Bologna.
